This is a no-frills test of your eID password synchronization with Windows Active Directory.

You are being redirected to https://web.jmu.edu/testpassword/https/test.htm and will be prompted to logon.

For the account name enter either....

1. your eID@JMUAD

2. JMUAD\your eID - Note: the backslash after JMUAD

For the password use your eID password.

If you failed to log in check verify your name/password and try again.

If after trying each way twice you still can not log in,

- goto the JMU Accounts Portal (https://accounts.jmu.edu)

- change you eID password

- reboot your computer and try again.

If you still can not logon after changing you eID password twice, please call the helpdesk.
