For Interstate 81 Heading North:
1.Take exit 245 Port Republic Road
2.Take a right on Port Republic Road.
3.Then take your first left on to Forest Hill Road
4.Take Forest Hill Road until you get to University Blvd
5.Take a left on University Blvd
6.Stay on University until you see a Carrier Road
7.Take a left on to Carrier Dr.
8.The Festival will be on the left and parking will be available across the street of it on your right
