I am currently an RA and completed RA training in August of 2007, and I am applying to be an RA again for the Fall 2008-Spring 2009 semesters.

OR

I am NOT an RA and I am applying to be an RA for the first time for the Fall 2008-Spring 2009 semesters.

OR

I am currently an RA that was hired mid year. I did not complete RA training in August 2007.  I am applying to be an RA again for the Fall 2008-2009 semesters.
