Football Game Day Parking Information for 2012 Football Season
On Fridays before home football games, several JMU parking lots will be reserved for use by football permit holders on the following game day Saturday. On Fridays before game days, the Champions Drive Parking Deck will close at 4:00 PM, and parking lots P, G, R1, C3, R6 and C4 will close at 5:00 PM. No vehicles will be permitted to enter after these times. Refer to signs posted at lot entrances on the weeks before home games for more information.
The reserved lots will be blocked and the Champions Drive Parking Deck closed at 10:30 PM. Vehicles remaining in reserved football lots at 6:00 AM on game day Saturday will be ticketed and towed. Residents who park in R1 and R6 Lots must relocate their vehicles by 8:00 PM on Fridays before home football games. Suggested alternative lots include C5, R13, R12, R7 and R2 Lots.
