Student Majors Since Spring 2000:

Headcount By Sex, Ethnicity and Full-time Equivalent Students

Use this two step form to receive student headcount by first major, sex, ethnicity and student FTE. Each selection will refresh this screen for the next step. Simply (1) select term, (2) select major and view of the data. You may select the data for a specific major by student status (full-time, part-time) or by residence (in-state, out-of-state). You may also view all majors by either undergraduate or graduate levels. This web search expands upon the JMU Statistical Summary by pulling sex, ethnicity and student FTE into these views. It also adds spring and summer term counts.

The data searched by this form is aggregated from student specific census records beginning with Spring 2000. This was the first census taken from the PeopleSoft Student System. Because the data must be checked and pass state and federal edits, it may not become available here until at least mid-term.
