Use this three step form to receive preliminary enrollment and credit hour production data. Each selection will refresh this screen for the next step. Simply (1) select term (with "as of" date), (2) course abbreviation, and (3) course number.

This Course Enrollment data is aggregated from student specific records (one record for every course taken by each student in a particular term). The data is captured for internal purposes only. Fall term data with a January "as of" date is the same data used in the Statistical Summary and cited "SOURCE: Fall Student Course Enrollment Data."

Whereas Tables 2-10, 2-11, and 2-17 of the Statistical Summary use course abbreviations to map credit hours to departments, this data does not. We hope this early view of the data will help with your course planning needs.
