Judicial Board Training

Judicial Board Training is a bi-semester event that trains Judicial Board members with the skills and resources needed to make educated and well informed decisions for judicial hearings.  The training consists of six key elements:

I. Introduction of the Staff and students on the Board
II. Purpose, Scope and Background of the Judicial Board
III. Policy Review
    a. Alcohol Policy
    b. Judicial Policy
IV. Hearing Procedures
    a. Judicial Incident Flowchart
    b. Hearing Flowchart
    c. Preponderance of Evidence Activity
    d. Questioning
V. Sanctioning
VI. Mock Trial
