Chapter History

Alpha Phi's Theta Iota chapter was founded in 1991 at James Madison University. JMU is located in Harrisonburg, Virginia, two hours from Washington, DC, and one hour from Charlottesville, Virginia. Alpha Phi is one of nine NPC sororities on JMU's campus, where 18% of the student body are members of the Greek community.
